We don't post wholesale rates publicly. Partners get a price sheet on the discovery call. As a baseline expectation: retail prices on our public site are what your client would pay if they bought direct. Your wholesale is materially lower than that. Your margin is what's left over after you mark it up.
Recurring services (SEO, hosting, AI agents) carry a partner discount that lets you mark them up 100%+ and still come in under what an established agency would charge.
Standard partners run on a branded subdomain of our portal (clients.youragency.com) with your logo and colors. If you want a fully custom private-label portal — your own domain, your own theme, your own email templates, your own onboarding flow — that's a one-time $3,500 setup fee.
The $3,500 setup fee is waived if you bring 10 onboarded clients with you at signup. Already have a book of business ready to migrate? Show us the list on the discovery call, the custom portal goes live at no setup cost.

Only if you tell them. Every deliverable, email, portal, and invoice goes out under your brand. We don't add a "built by 72HWD" credit in the footer. We don't email your clients. The only way they could find out is if they trace our infrastructure provider — which a typical small business client will never do.
Disclosed on the discovery call once we've confirmed mutual fit. Public posting would mislead retail customers and undermine our retail pricing. As a directional answer: enough margin that even a partner who marks up only 50% is profitable, with most partners marking up 80–120%.
No minimum to join. We expect you to send at least one job in the first 90 days — if the relationship goes a year with zero referrals, we'll close the account so we can focus on active partners.
Pick what fits. Some partners only resell websites. Some only resell SEO and AI agents. Some take the whole stack. You decide what you're set up to support on your end.
Two options. Self-serve partners handle their own L1 support and escalate engineering issues to us. Full-service partners white-label our support — the client emails [email protected], we monitor that inbox under your brand and respond as your team. Pricing differs.
You tell them what you want to tell them. Most partners say "my team built it." Some say "we contract with a US production studio for the heavy lifting." We'll never contradict whatever story you tell — if a client somehow ends up emailing us, we forward to you and respond from your brand.
Affiliate (/affiliates/) is a referral program: you send leads, we close them, you earn 10% one-time + 5% recurring. Client knows about us. White-label is a partnership: you sell to your clients under your brand, we deliver, you keep the margin. Client never knows we exist. Different use cases. You can do both if you have separate client tiers.
