72 Hour Web Design ("72HWD", "we", "us") is a service of Sympler.com, based in Castle Rock, Colorado. Contact: (303) 625-6300.
The "72 hour" delivery promise applies only to the Essentials package and only when you provide all required content (logo, copy, photos, intake form responses) at the time of purchase. Essentials Plus typically delivers in 5 business days. Essentials Pro typically delivers in 10 business days.
The delivery clock pauses any time we're waiting on you. If you don't provide content, don't respond to revision requests, or change scope mid-build, the timeline extends accordingly.
Each package includes a defined number of pages and specific features (listed on the package detail pages). Work outside that scope — additional pages, custom integrations, complex animations, e-commerce setup beyond a simple Stripe link, etc. — is not included and will be quoted separately.
Every package includes two rounds of revisions plus one polish pass. Additional revision rounds are billed at our standard hourly rate. We don't do unlimited revision cycles — if the project requires that kind of involvement, we'll happily refer you to an agency that does.
You hire us because our framework converts. We've refined it across hundreds of small-business builds. We will accommodate your branding, content, and reasonable layout preferences, but we reserve the right to push back on changes we believe will hurt conversion or performance. Your call ultimately — but we'll be honest with you.
Website packages are billed one-time at checkout. Ongoing services (Local SEO, AI Agents, Managed Hosting, etc.) are billed monthly via Stripe. All amounts are in USD.
Managed Hosting is required with every website package. If you cancel hosting, we cannot guarantee continued operation of the site as built.
Full refund available if you cancel before we begin design work (typically within 24 hours of purchase). Once design work has started, refunds are prorated based on work completed and at our discretion. No refunds once the site is delivered.
Monthly services (SEO, AI Agents, Hosting) renew automatically. Cancel anytime by emailing or calling us — cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No long-term contracts unless explicitly agreed in a separate Statement of Work.
You own the final website code, content, and assets we deliver to you. We retain rights to our internal frameworks, code libraries, and proprietary tooling. We may showcase your finished site in our portfolio unless you opt out in writing.
Managed Hosting targets 99.9% uptime but is not guaranteed. We're not liable for downtime caused by third-party services, your DNS configuration, or force-majeure events.
Our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months. We're not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or consequential losses.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Douglas County, Colorado.
We may update these terms occasionally. The current version is always at this URL. Continued use of our services after a change means you accept the updated terms.
