Sean and his team did a fantastic job with a complete overhaul on my company website. They implemented both my ideas and made suggestions of improvements that I hadn't thought of. They're on the front end of AI as well. Highly recommend!

Sean and his team have made the seemingly impossible happen. Over the past 12 years, I have spent more than one of my child's projected 4-year college tuitions on marketing, SEO and trying to get my website to rank. Honestly I gave up — until 72 Hour Web Design.

Great company with great services.

Social media is the most over-promised marketing channel in the small business world. Agencies sell "viral content" and "engagement" without ever connecting either back to actual revenue. Owners spend $2,500/mo for two years and have nothing to show for it except a slightly bigger follower count.

We run social media for outcomes you can measure: leads, store visits, bookings, direct revenue. Not vanity metrics. The work is unglamorous compared to what other agencies pitch — consistent production, audience-specific creative, paid amplification of what works, ruthless cuts of what doesn't — but it's the work that actually moves business numbers.

What we actually do

Strategy first, posting second

Before we post anything, we figure out what we're trying to make happen. Awareness in a new market? Leads for a specific service line? Foot traffic to a location? Sales of a specific product or package? The platform mix, content style, and posting cadence flow from that goal. Most agencies skip this step and just "build presence" — which is why most agency social media never produces ROI you can measure.

Content production

Static graphics, carousels, short-form video (Reels, TikTok, Shorts), copy that matches your brand voice. For most service businesses, we run one production day per month at your location, shooting raw footage and photos. From that single day we produce 20-40 finished pieces of content. Way more economical than weekly shoots, and it builds a content library that stays evergreen.

Posting and community management

Scheduled posting at the right times for your audience and platform. Real human community management — responding to comments and DMs, not just hitting publish and walking away. Most reputation damage happens in comment sections that nobody's watching.

Paid amplification

Meta (Facebook + Instagram), TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube. Creative, targeting, budget management, optimization. We don't pretend organic-only works at scale anymore — not for most businesses, not on most platforms. Paid amplification of content that's already proving out organically is how you compound results.

Reporting that's honest

Monthly summary of what worked, what didn't, what's next. Plain English, not a 30-page PDF you'll never read. Linked directly to business outcomes (leads, bookings, sales) where we can measure them, and clear about what we can't.

Why we don't have a brochure price

A dental office needs a different social presence than a motorsports team. A B2B SaaS company needs a different paid-ad structure than a salon. We've seen too many agencies sell one-size-fits-all packages that overcharge half the clients and underserve the rest.

So we don't have a brochure price. We talk to you, look at your business, and quote a real scope that matches what you actually need. The conversation takes 30 minutes. The quote is real numbers you can compare against other proposals.

What we won't do

Pretend social media is a magic solution. It isn't. For some businesses, social is the wrong channel to invest in and we'll tell you that. Sign you to a 12-month contract with no off-ramp. Run paid ads with $200 monthly budgets and pretend they'll work. Send you a 30-page report that nobody will read.

Social pairs with the rest of the stack

Social media compounds with the rest of what we do. SEO drives organic traffic; social retargeting captures bounced visitors. Paid ads on Google Search attract intent-based traffic; paid social attracts demand-creation traffic to people who weren't searching yet. Video Production creates the assets your paid social runs on. The customers getting the best results are usually running 3-4 channels in coordination, not picking one.

Questions you're probably asking

What's the minimum monthly engagement?

Realistically, $1,500/mo in management fees plus ad spend. Below that we can't do enough work to move your numbers meaningfully. Total monthly investment (fees + media) usually lands $2,500-$10,000/mo depending on scope.

Which platforms do you manage?

Meta (Facebook + Instagram), TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube. We'll recommend the right mix based on your audience. We don't default to "post to every platform" because that's how you produce a lot of mediocre content fast.

Do you take a percentage of ad spend?

No. We charge a flat management fee. Ad spend goes directly to the platforms. You see every dollar of media spend in the platform's own dashboard, with no markup hiding in our invoice.

Will you create the content or do I provide it?

We create it. Photos (sometimes), short-form video (often), graphics, copy. You provide the source material (raw video clips, product photos, brand assets) and we do the production work. For most service businesses, we shoot one production day per month and produce 20-40 short-form pieces from it.

Are you locked into a 12-month contract?

No. Month-to-month after an initial 90-day setup period. The 90 days exists because most social campaigns need that long to show real signal — cancelling at 60 days is making decisions on incomplete data.
