Paid advertising is the most expensive marketing mistake small businesses make. How we work

Most ad agencies want to lock you into a 12-month retainer and run whatever they think is impressive. We work the other way. Conversation first — what does success actually look like for your business? Leads at a specific cost? Foot traffic? Brand awareness in a new market? Specific revenue numbers? Plan and quote — we propose a specific channel mix, budget allocation, and timeline, broken down so you see what we'd spend on management vs. media. Build and launch — creative, copy, targeting, conversion tracking, dashboards. Optimize and report — real numbers, monthly, no vanity-metric padding.

Industries where paid ads work especially well

Home services (high CPCs but high LTV makes the math work), law firms (especially personal injury and family law), dental (new patient acquisition), wellness practices (program enrollment), contractors (project-specific campaigns), event venues (tour booking), car dealerships (inventory-specific lead-gen).

What we won't do

Mark up media spend without telling you. Take undisclosed commission from ad platforms. Lock you into 12-month contracts. Promise specific ROI numbers we can't actually predict. Run ads when an SEO play would work better for your business at lower long-term cost.

Paid pairs with the rest of the stack

Paid ads work better with the rest of the stack working too. SEO Packages reduce your CPC over time (more organic traffic = less dependence on paid). An AI Agent on your site converts more of the paid traffic you're driving (cheaper effective cost per lead). Social media retargeting captures the people who clicked your Google Ad but didn't convert immediately.

Questions you're probably asking

What's the minimum monthly budget?

Total monthly investment (fees + media) of $2,500/mo. Below that, the math doesn't work for either of us — the agency time required to run a campaign properly costs the same whether you're spending $500/mo or $5,000/mo in media, but only one of those produces results.

Do you take a percentage of ad spend?

No. Flat management fee. Ad spend goes directly to Google, Meta, Trade Desk, or whatever platform the campaign runs on. You see every dollar of media spend in the platform's own reporting, with no markup hiding in our invoice.

How is Connected TV different from regular TV ads?

Connected TV (CTV) runs on streaming platforms — Hulu, Roku, Samsung Ads, Sling, Tubi, Pluto. You pay only for views, you can target by zip code or demographic precisely, and you can measure attribution back to website visits or store traffic. Way more measurable and affordable than traditional broadcast TV.

What is geofencing?

You define a geographic area on a map (your competitor's parking lot, a trade show venue, a neighborhood). Anyone who enters that area with location services on can be served your ads on their phone for the next 30 days. Powerful for foot-traffic businesses, conquest campaigns, and event-driven targeting.

How long until I see results from paid ads?

Click traffic in week one. Leads/conversions within 2-4 weeks (need to optimize the campaign based on data). Steady-state performance usually settles by month 3. Anyone showing you "great results" in week one is just showing impressions, which is meaningless.

Are you locked into a 12-month contract?

No. Month-to-month after an initial 60-day setup period. The setup period exists because cancelling a campaign at 45 days is making decisions on incomplete data — the ad platforms' learning phase alone usually takes that long.
