Sean and his team did a fantastic job with a complete overhaul on my company website. They implemented both my ideas and made suggestions of improvements that I hadn't thought of. They're on the front end of AI as well. Highly recommend!
Required with every site we build. Standard at $49/mo keeps you fast and secure. Fully Managed at $149/mo adds ongoing content updates and priority support so the site keeps growing without you having to call us.
Most small business owners we work with have a hosting horror story. A site that disappeared after the previous developer's GoDaddy account got cancelled. An SSL certificate that expired and nobody knew until customers started getting browser warnings. A WordPress install that got hacked and started serving spam from the homepage. Hosting feels invisible until it stops working, and then it's an emergency you don't have time for.
We bundle hosting with every website package for exactly that reason. It's not a separate decision you have to make. The site stays online, secure, and current because that's our job.
The required baseline that comes with every site. Fast servers with sub-1-second response times for typical requests. SSL certificate included and auto-renewed (no more expired-cert panic). Daily backups with 30-day retention — if something breaks, we roll back. Security updates applied automatically as they're released. Standard support with one-business-day response for hosting-related issues.
Everything in Managed plus the stuff most growing businesses end up wanting. Ongoing content updates — you email us "change the hours on the contact page" or "swap this homepage photo" and we do it (typically same business day, no extra cost as long as it's under 30 minutes of work). Priority support with same-business-day response. Quarterly performance tuning — we revisit speed, image optimization, plugin updates. Proactive monitoring with alerts if anything looks off. Light design tweaks included (small CSS adjustments, button changes, color updates).
You can get $5/mo hosting from a bunch of providers. We don't compete with that because what they're selling is server space, not service. When something breaks at $5/mo hosting, you're in a support queue with thousands of other customers, getting pre-templated responses from a tier-1 agent who doesn't know your site. When something breaks on our hosting, you talk to us, we already know your site, and it gets fixed.
The $44/mo difference (between $5 and $49) buys you not having to deal with hosting. For most small business owners, that's the right trade.
Required means: when you buy a website package, you also pick one of the two hosting tiers at checkout. Standard ($49/mo) is the default. You can upgrade to Fully Managed ($149/mo) for ongoing content work, or downgrade later if you don't need it. Recurring billing for hosting starts 7 days after your one-time package payment, so your first month's hosting bill is timed with site launch, not before.
If you ever want to move the site to your own host, you can. You own the code. But the site was built and tuned for our stack — some features may need rework on a different host. Talk to us before moving; usually we can recommend whether the move makes sense.
Anything taking us under 30 minutes per request, we just do. Larger updates (entirely new pages, design redesigns of sections, custom functionality) we quote flat-rate.
Hosting is required. The rest is optional. Once your site is up and stable on Fully Managed hosting, the natural next layers are SEO Packages to drive more traffic, an AI Agent to convert more of that traffic, and (later) Paid Ads or Social Media management as you scale.
Because when your site goes down, gets hacked, or breaks after a browser update, you'll call us regardless of whether we host it. We learned years ago that "we built it but it's not our problem" doesn't serve clients or our reputation. Bundling hosting means we own the whole experience and there's no finger-pointing.
Standard ($49/mo) keeps the lights on: fast servers, SSL, daily backups with 30-day retention, security updates and monitoring, standard support (two-business-day response). Fully Managed ($149/mo) adds ongoing content updates (we make text/image changes when you submit them), priority support (same business day), quarterly performance tuning, proactive monitoring with alerts, and light design tweaks included.
After the build, technically yes — you own the code. But the site was built and tuned for our stack, so some features (contact forms, CRM integration, AI agent) may need rework on a different host. Talk to us before moving and we'll tell you what would be involved.
Anything that takes 30 minutes or less per request: text changes, image swaps, holiday banners, hours updates, new staff bios, pricing updates. Larger updates (new pages, redesign of sections, new functionality) we quote separately at a flat rate, not hourly.
We target 99.9% uptime which works out to about 8 hours of downtime per year worst case. Most months we're at 100%. We don't offer formal SLA credits because we're not enterprise hosting at enterprise prices — but if you have material downtime issues, talk to us and we'll make it right.
Same business day for requests submitted before 2pm Mountain. Next business day for requests after 2pm or on weekends. If you need 24/7 emergency response (rare for marketing sites), we offer that as a separate add-on.
Configure your package and pick Standard or Fully Managed at the Hosting step. Recurring hosting bill starts 7 days after your one-time package payment. Cancel anytime (though you'll need to move your site somewhere else if you do).
Pick Managed at $49/mo or Fully Managed at $149/mo when you go through checkout. Required with every site we build.
