Enhanced gets the edge cases: when do you make exceptions, what is your refund policy, how do you handle a complaint, what do you do for someone whose insurance is out of network, what is the difference between your two similar services. The kind of detail your senior staff handle by instinct.

Multi-function workflows — what does that mean?

The agent can switch context mid-conversation. A visitor starts asking about pricing (sales mode), then mentions they are an existing customer (switches to support mode), then asks to book a follow-up (switches to scheduling mode). Basic gets confused at handoffs. Enhanced handles it smoothly.

How do I know it is actually closing more business than Basic?

Side-by-side reporting. Monthly conversation breakdown: how many sessions, how many captured leads, how many booked appointments, how many handed off to humans. Can the agent take payments?
