Sean and his team did a fantastic job with a complete overhaul on my company website. They implemented both my ideas and made suggestions of improvements that I hadn't thought of. They're on the front end of AI as well. Highly recommend!

Sean and his team have made the seemingly impossible happen. Over the past 12 years, I have spent more than one of my child's projected 4-year college tuitions on marketing, SEO and trying to get my website to rank. Honestly I gave up — until 72 Hour Web Design.

Great company with great services.

Restaurant websites are weird. Most exist to answer four questions: are you open, what's on the menu, can I make a reservation, can I order ahead. That's it. Visitors rarely care about your founder's story or the artisan farm where your kale comes from. They came to eat. Make those four answers obvious.

The restaurants we work with usually have a website built by a friend's cousin in 2017 that still references the COVID pivot and has the menu as a 4MB PDF. We replace those sites with fast, mobile-first pages that put the menu front and center, route reservations to OpenTable or Resy without breaking the user out of your brand, and make online ordering one tap away.

What makes Restaurants & Food marketing different

Your menu is a PDF, which means it doesn't exist in Google

Search "[your restaurant name] menu" and see what comes up. If the answer is "a Google snippet of an old menu from Yelp" instead of a clean snippet from your own site, you're losing the brand impression on every menu search. PDFs don't rank. They don't display dish names in search results. They aren't searchable inside Google.

We build menus as real HTML. Items, descriptions, prices, dietary tags (GF, V, DF). Easy for you to update when prices change. Google picks up the dish names, which means "birria tacos near me" finds you when somebody three blocks away is hungry.

Reservations bounce people to a third-party site

The OpenTable widget shows up but visually feels like a different website. Resy can be even worse. We embed reservations so they feel native — same colors, same fonts, the visitor doesn't realize they left your site. Tower of Babel-style "Reserved on OpenTable" branding gets minimized so your brand stays primary.

DoorDash and Uber Eats keep eating your margin

You're paying 25–30% on every third-party order. Your own ordering channel pays a flat fee or maybe 3% via Toast or Square. The math is obvious but most restaurants don't put their own ordering link prominently on their site. We do. Toast Online Ordering, Square Online, ChowNow, Slice for pizza, all integrate cleanly. You keep more of the margin.

What we build for Restaurants & Food

  • Mobile-first menu pages with item, description, price, dietary tags (real HTML, not a PDF)
  • Online order integration with Toast, Square, ChowNow, Slice (instead of bleeding to DoorDash)
  • Reservation widget for OpenTable, Resy, Tock, or SevenRooms with brand-matched styling
  • Location and hours displayed by day of week with holiday overrides
  • Catering and private event pages with separate inquiry forms
  • Instagram feed embed so the gallery stays fresh without uploading photos twice
  • Click-to-call sticky button for visitors who want to ask about a reservation rather than form-fill

How we move the needle

Win local search for dishes, not just "restaurant near me"

"Best birria tacos Castle Rock," "vegan brunch Highlands Ranch," "late night ramen Denver." Dish-specific local SEO is where independent restaurants win against the chains. Our SEO Essentials at $359/mo handles this for most independents.

Convert reservation lookups into ass-in-seats

A reservation is two clicks: pick date and time, enter name and phone. If your widget takes more than 60 seconds end-to-end, conversion drops sharply. We tune the widget integration to be as fast as humanly possible. The right widget for Resy is different from OpenTable; we know which.

Promote your own ordering link harder than the delivery apps do

Sticky CTA at the bottom of every mobile menu screen: "Order direct — we keep more of it." Most regulars will switch to your direct ordering if you ask. Just asking is the part most restaurants forget.

Two ways to start

Most restaurants & food shops pick a Small Business Marketing Package. One bill, one team, all the marketing services bundled, and the matching website is free with the 12-month commitment. If you'd rather pay once for just the site and add services later, the one-time options still work the same way they always have. Pick whichever fits your books.

Small Business Marketing Packages — pick a package, get the website free

12-month commitment. Setup fee equals one month of service. No refunds. Cancel after month 12 with 30 days notice. Better Accelerator, better website.

  • Starter Accelerator — $349/mo. Free 5–10 page custom-designed website (a $1,500 build). Plus Local SEO foundations, lead-capture chat, hosting + SSL, ADA + multilingual.
  • Pro Accelerator — $449/mo. Free 10–15 page website with Basic CRM baked in for lead management (a $2,500 build). Plus AI Agent, 50-directory listings management, Enhanced Local SEO. Everything in Starter. Most pick this one.
  • Premium Accelerator — $549/mo. Free 25–30 page website with location pages, Advanced CRM, API-ready integrations (a $3,500 build). Plus Advanced AI Agent, 100+ directory listings, email marketing campaigns, LLM-optimized SEO. Everything in Pro.

One-time — buy the website, own the content

Pay once. Hosting and ongoing services priced separately and added when you want them.

Or just buy the piece you need

Already have a site that works? Add one service. No package required.

  • Local SEO — $359, $649, or $895/mo depending on how competitive your market is.
  • AI Agents — from $49/mo. Trained chat that books appointments and captures leads after hours.
  • Social Media — quote-based. Management plus paid ads on Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn.
  • Programmatic & Paid Ads — quote-based. Google Ads, Connected TV, geofencing, retargeting.
  • Video Production — quote-based. Reels, ad creative, brand videos for your site and socials.
  • Managed Hosting — from $49/mo. Required with every site, keeps you fast and secure.

Questions you're probably asking

Do you integrate with Toast, Square, or Clover POS?

Yes for online ordering and menu syncing — Toast Online Ordering, Square Online, Clover Online Ordering all integrate cleanly. We can also sync your menu so a price change in your POS propagates to the website.

Can I have a multi-location restaurant site?

Yes. Multi-location works well on the Essentials Plus or Pro package. Each location gets its own page (good for SEO), its own hours, its own menu (if it varies), its own reservation/ordering links.

How do I keep my menu updated without paying for changes?

Two options. With Managed Hosting at $49/mo, you submit menu updates and we make them within 24 hours during business days. With Fully Managed Hosting at $149/mo, updates are included along with light design tweaks. Or we can train your team on a simple admin to do it yourselves.

Will the site help with my Google Business Profile?

Yes. We optimize your Google Business Profile (categories, photos, posts, Q&A) as part of the SEO packages. For restaurants, GBP is where most local discovery happens, so it's the highest-ROI lever in the first 90 days.
