Sean and his team did a fantastic job with a complete overhaul on my company website. They implemented both my ideas and made suggestions of improvements that I hadn't thought of. They're on the front end of AI as well. Highly recommend!

Sean and his team have made the seemingly impossible happen. Over the past 12 years, I have spent more than one of my child's projected 4-year college tuitions on marketing, SEO and trying to get my website to rank. Honestly I gave up — until 72 Hour Web Design.

Great company with great services.

Real estate marketing is a war for attention between you, your competitors, and Zillow. Zillow already owns the top of Google for most home-search queries. So your strategy can't be "compete with Zillow on listings." It has to be "own the local expertise queries Zillow can't fake."

That means neighborhood pages with real on-the-ground content. School district guides written by someone whose kids actually go there. Market reports that show this month's data, not last quarter's. Buyer and seller guides specific to your market, not generic copy any agent in any city could publish. Your site becomes the local-expert resource. Leads convert because they read three articles and decided you know what you're talking about.

What makes Real Estate marketing different

Zillow eats most of your search traffic

Search "homes for sale [your city]" and Zillow, Realtor.com, Redfin, and Trulia occupy the entire first page. Real estate agents trying to rank for those head terms are wasting effort. The win is in long-tail: "best neighborhoods in [city] for families," "[city] vs [neighboring city] which is better to live in," "is [neighborhood] safe," "[city] market report [current month/year]."

Our SEO packages build that long-tail content calendar — the searches Zillow doesn't bother with, where you can actually rank and become the local authority.

IDX feeds are slow and look like crap on most sites

The default IDX widget your MLS provides is usually clunky. Slow load, poor mobile UX, design that fights your brand. Better integrations exist (iHomeFinder, IDX Broker, Showcase IDX, dsIDXpress) that look like part of your site instead of an embedded iframe. We pick the right one for your market and integrate it cleanly.

Your bio page is doing 80% of the work and nobody's reading it

Most agent sites have a single "About Me" page buried in the nav. Visitors who get there convert at 4x the rate of visitors who don't. The fix: pull bio elements out of the buried page and surface them across the site — on the homepage, in the footer, on every property listing page. Trust gets built across the visit, not just in one place a few people actually find.

What we build for Real Estate

  • IDX integration with iHomeFinder, IDX Broker, Showcase IDX, dsIDXpress, or your MLS's native feed
  • Featured listing pages with photo galleries, virtual tour embeds, and inquiry forms
  • Agent and team bios with photos, credentials, transaction history, sample testimonials
  • Neighborhood guides — original written content per area you serve, the long-tail SEO play
  • Home valuation lead form (with optional automated CMA tools)
  • Buyer and seller guide downloads (gated for lead capture)
  • Market report blog framework for monthly content that ranks

How we move the needle

Win long-tail searches Zillow ignores

"Best neighborhoods in Highlands Ranch for young families," "Castle Rock vs Parker which is better," "is Lone Tree safe," "Aurora housing market 2026." Long-tail queries with buying intent that Zillow doesn't optimize for. Our SEO Pro tier ($895/mo) handles the content cadence you'll need to dominate.

Make every listing a lead-capture page

Featured listings shouldn't just display photos. They should capture the visitor's contact info if they spend more than 30 seconds. We add tasteful (not gross) lead forms: "like this property? Get similar listings emailed to you." Conversion rates jump 3–5x on featured-listing pages with that pattern.

Run paid search for the queries you can win

Skip bidding on "[city] homes for sale" — Zillow will outspend you. Bid on hyper-local: "buyers agent [neighborhood]," "sell my house fast [city]," "first time home buyer [city] help." Our Paid Ads team builds keyword lists that respect your CPC budget instead of burning it on Zillow-dominated terms.

Two ways to start

Most real estate shops pick a Small Business Marketing Package. One bill, one team, all the marketing services bundled, and the matching website is free with the 12-month commitment. If you'd rather pay once for just the site and add services later, the one-time options still work the same way they always have. Pick whichever fits your books.

Small Business Marketing Packages — pick a package, get the website free

12-month commitment. Setup fee equals one month of service. No refunds. Cancel after month 12 with 30 days notice. Better Accelerator, better website.

  • Starter Accelerator — $349/mo. Free 5–10 page custom-designed website (a $1,500 build). Plus Local SEO foundations, lead-capture chat, hosting + SSL, ADA + multilingual.
  • Pro Accelerator — $449/mo. Free 10–15 page website with Basic CRM baked in for lead management (a $2,500 build). Plus AI Agent, 50-directory listings management, Enhanced Local SEO. Everything in Starter. Most pick this one.
  • Premium Accelerator — $549/mo. Free 25–30 page website with location pages, Advanced CRM, API-ready integrations (a $3,500 build). Plus Advanced AI Agent, 100+ directory listings, email marketing campaigns, LLM-optimized SEO. Everything in Pro.

One-time — buy the website, own the content

Pay once. Hosting and ongoing services priced separately and added when you want them.

Or just buy the piece you need

Already have a site that works? Add one service. No package required.

  • Local SEO — $359, $649, or $895/mo depending on how competitive your market is.
  • AI Agents — from $49/mo. Trained chat that books appointments and captures leads after hours.
  • Social Media — quote-based. Management plus paid ads on Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn.
  • Programmatic & Paid Ads — quote-based. Google Ads, Connected TV, geofencing, retargeting.
  • Video Production — quote-based. Reels, ad creative, brand videos for your site and socials.
  • Managed Hosting — from $49/mo. Required with every site, keeps you fast and secure.

Questions you're probably asking

Which IDX provider do you recommend?

Depends on your MLS, budget, and how custom you want the search UX. iHomeFinder is the easiest to integrate and looks clean. Showcase IDX is the most customizable. IDX Broker is the workhorse most agents use. We'll recommend based on your MLS and goals during your free consult.

Can the site handle a multi-agent team or brokerage with separate agent profiles?

Yes. Each agent gets their own bio page, their own contact form (routes to them), their own listings (filtered by their MLS ID). Brokerages with 20+ agents work fine on the Essentials Pro package.

How long until a real estate site shows up in Google for my city?

For long-tail queries ("first time buyer guide [city]"), 2–4 months with active SEO. For competitive head terms ("[city] real estate agent"), 6–12 months. For battles you'll lose ("[city] homes for sale"), don't bother — paid traffic to specific landing pages is better ROI.

Will the site work with my CRM (Follow Up Boss, Boomtown, kvCORE)?

Yes. We can post lead forms directly into Follow Up Boss, Boomtown, kvCORE, Real Geeks, Sierra Interactive, LionDesk, and most other real estate CRMs. Tell us what you use and we'll confirm integration during intake.

Ready when you are

Pick a plan, send us your content, and we'll have your real estate site live faster than most agencies can return a quote. Subscription or outright. Call (303) 625-6300 or pick a plan right now.
